Surprisingly authentic America restaurant in midtown.I was surprised by authenticity of the food and majority of the visitors were America. We have had noodles and soup, both entries were large, filling and delish. We would be coming back next time we are near Port authority area craving authentic America.
Came here for lunch takeout in the middle of a busy workday. Only true America walk-in spot in the area, with a full menu of both familiar favorites and specialties. Lunch special was very reasonably priced. Looks like a low-key and clean place to dine-in as well. Restaurant was fairly full when we walked in, and our food was cooked and packed up very quickly. Will definitely grab lunch here again!
L A Express offers very authentic America food. So delicious. I ordered sauteed cauliflower with dried pork and sautéed Hunan smoked pork with green leek. They were so good that almost made me cry. They tasted exactly like the dishes I had in China, specifically in Hunan. I will definitely mark this restaurant as my favorite and recommend my friends to come.
